Terms of Service

NO AI IS ALLOWED IN REGARD TO MY WORK. I WILL ACTIVELY MAKE IT DIFFICULT AND ALSO BAN YOU FROM GETTING WORK FROM ME AGAIN.Payment is upfront, partial payment can be discussed for large commissions.You must be old enough to use paypal to commission, or have a parents permission.

Commercial use: is double the base price.I have the right to reject anything I'm not comfortable with, or find too difficult to do. Or even feel I can't do, whether its due to a timeframe or my health.After the sketch has been agreed on, there will be no refunds. (unless something happens on my end, causing me to be unable to do the work)There will be a point where asking for major revisions will incur additional fees, so make sure that everything looks right in the wip pics i send before it gets too far in. (example: sketch phase? perfectly fine to ask for things to be changed. nearly done? additional fee to change their entire outfit)I will not change things that are stylistic choices made due to my artstyle.Do not claim my artwork as your own, do not remove or change watermark.You are buying a digital file, not a printed piece, you can print it yourself if that's what you want.Please credit me properly.Please be patient, I will get the commission done, it just may take a bit to do. Initial Order Form

Sketch will be done as time allows. After the sketch has been finished, and adjustments made if wanted, then the commission will be moved from pending to being worked on.
